Since our "How to deal with the Silent Treatment" lesson was so popular (watch here), we decided to discuss it in our livestream. 

We touch upon what you can do if you are on the receiving end of the silent treatment as well as on the giving end. And if you are about to give someone the silent treatment, we give you a few ideas of what to do instead.

The silent treatment does not solve the core issue, so we do encourage you to refrain from using it.
