In this conversation Greg and I discuss authentic communication and how to expression your authentic self regardless of the social setting and communication context.

Meaning, can you be the same you when you're at work, hanging out with friends, at family gatherings, and at the gym? 

Greg and I are both optimistic that you can honor your authentic expression across these various social situations, even though your role might change slightly. That being said, whether you're closing an important deal or whether you're at home cuddling with your pup you can still be the same person, but slightly different version of your authentic self.

And since we're talking about communication styles, when choosing your communication styles be aware of the constant themes in your life. These can be the non-negotiables of your core essence. 

To answer that, you'll have to contemplate your answer to the question WHO AM I.

Once you figure out your why then you'll have an easier time adopting the communication styles that honor and respect your why.
